Summer has come and gone. My two are back in school. They had a busy summer with friends, camp and spending time in Puyallup with their grandma and cousins. They flew home one week before school started. I've started a few new projects. Some big like painting rooms in my home. Others small and finished quickly. I spent lots of time in my yard. It has great potential once the trees are grown and foliage has filled in. It's still a new yard. Some veggies are growing in my garden. Others have met the demise of the squash bugs. Darn bugs. My family loves zuchinni, but a few of the plants are gone. The green beans are delicious! I had a huge serving for my lunch yesterday. I love the crispness in the morning air this time of year. Fall is creeping closer.
I've had a pretty intense headache going. I can usually sleep and they go away. But not today. So, in between trying to sleep, I finished these little projects up. I love how quick they are to get done. And how cute.
I have accumulated lots of "pretty" tape lately. I'm not sure if they are officially Washi Tape, but i wanted to get them out of the storage box they were in.
Setting them on a shelf would not work for me either.
So I bought myself a cafe curtain rod ....
Then put all of my tape onto the rod and adjusted it to fit inside my shelf.
And now everything is out where I can see it and use it whenever! I have a tendency to not want to dig in my boxes to get things out to make something. This way, I have it right at my fingertips and can make something on a whim. I have been sending Zac cards quite often and helps me make a card quickly and actually put it in the mail. Try it. You'll like it!
